Urban, city and town planning integrates land use planning and transport planning to improve the built and social environments of communities. Regional planning deals with a still larger environment, at a less detailed level. Urban planning can include urban renewal, by adapting urban planning methods to existing cities suffering from decay and lack of investment. YONAR signed its first large-scale overseas new town contract, the Benghazi Project, in Libya for Enka in the name of Esen Construction Company.  The scope was reinforced concrete construction of 5,500 housing units. Since then YONAR is continuing to construct, many other high quality new town and urban development projects.
